Bug: Cannot re-add Third Party service manager (Hue, Wemo, etc)
Description of the Issue
After deleting a third party service manager (Hue Bridge, Wemo, Sonos, Netatmo, etc), The device cannot be re-added. Instead there is an incorrect message saying a SmartThings "hub upgrade is needed" even though the hub has the latest version.
Regions affected: Unknown
Phone OS affected: All
Variable or Always Occurs: Once it occurs, always occurs
If a service manager device is removed, it should be possible to re-add it.
SmartThings official response
